On July 30, 2024, the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Georgia, Savannah Division, held a hearing on the Trustee’s Motion to Approve Compromise and Settlement with Judith Hirsch (the “Settlement”). The Settlement was approved on that date and an Order was entered on August 12, 2024 approving the Settlement. You may view the Order here.

The Settlement Provides for Judith Hirsch to pay the total amount of $7,000,000.00 to the Bankruptcy Estate of Master Lending Group, LLC. The Settlement is contingent upon the mutual release of any and all claims by and between Master Lending Group, LLC, Judith Hirsch, and all Required Creditors.

“Required Creditors” are generally defined as creditors with claims of $50,000 or more.

In order the consummate the Settlement, if you are a Required Creditor, the Trustee is requesting for you to sign and return a “Creditor Release” to the Trustee as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: You must print your name and SIGN above your printed name for the release to be valid.

Further, if you are signing on behalf of a minor, please have the adult sign and note the name of the creditor. For example: Jane Mother, signing on behalf of Emma Child, Creditor.

Also, if the creditor is an IRA or company, please sign your name and then print your name and on whose behalf you are signing. For example: John Smith, as Administrator of the John Smith IRA.

MAKE SURE TO SIGN YOUR NAME ON ALL RELEASES.
